Jeremy Renner Lists 10 Methods He Used to Recover From Snowplow Accident Before Naming the Most Crucial Factor That Saved Him

Earlier this year, Jeremy Renner sustained some near-fatal injuries while trying to stop a 7-ton snowplow from sliding into his nephew, ultimately getting run over by it in the process. Following this, he suffered more than 30 broken bones and internal organ damage, and after almost a year since the fateful accident, Renner is almost back to his previous self as he has largely recovered.
Taking to Instagram, the Hawkeye Star shared an update about his health while thanking fans for their support in his adverse times, as the actor gave an insight into his recovery methods.
Jeremy Renner Lists the Methods That Helped Him Recover
Since suffering a blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries following the snowplow accident near his home in Nevada, Jeremy Renner has largely recovered, and the actor credits therapy. Renner, who has been exploring several types of therapy since sustaining such near-fatal injuries, listed 10 methods that helped him get back to his former self. These involved, “countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, IV drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge, and the list goes on and on”.

But apart from these physical procedures, Renner credited his mind, stating it was his greatest therapy, as it pushed him to be better and exceptional and,“Not to squander my life being spared”.
Jeremy Renner Is Open to Returning as Hawkeye
While most of the original Avengers have parted ways with the MCU, creating room for new faces to shine, with Secret Wars approaching, we might witness some of those beloved faces returning. And even though it can’t be said for sure if most of the original cast is going to reprise their roles or not, Jeremy Renner expressed that he will do it in a heartbeat if approached by Marvel.
During his appearance at Phoenix Fan Fusion in Arizona back in June 2023, he said,
“My priorities have always been the same. They’ve been to my daughter and whatever my daughter allows me to do…If Marvel wants me back in the MCU, rocking that out, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I love those guys.”
With the Mayor of Kingstown Star almost back to his former self, thanks to his mind and various forms of therapy, it’ll be interesting to see how the actor’s next chapter in Hollywood unfolds.
