No Batman game would feel complete without the Dark Knight soaring across Gotham using his cape as a glider, and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight fully embraces that fantasy. During this mission, Batman is given a special memory cloth woven into his cape, allowing him to glide across Gotham’s skyline.
After leaving Wayne Tower, the game immediately introduces the mechanic through a short tutorial sequence from the top of a skyscraper. Players are taught the basic controls while gliding through the air and collecting floating studs during a calibration segment.

Players should also keep an eye out for air vents located around the city. Flying into these vents creates an upward burst of wind that boosts Batman higher into the air, extending glide distance and helping players reach taller buildings.
