Jonathan Majors’ Court Case: Ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari Goes to Jail For Allegedly Assaulting the Loki 2 Star

Loki star Jonathan Majors’ now ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, who had previously accused the star of abuse, is now herself arrested for allegedly abusing Majors. He lodged a cross-complaint following her 115-page filing. It is now being said that Jabbari allegedly struck Majors all while accusing the Loki star, which he promptly denied, leaving fans confused about what really transpired between the former couple. Here’s what happened.
Jonathan Majors’s Ex-girlfriend Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting the Star
According to law enforcement and the sources that confided to TMZ, Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari was arrested on Wednesday evening at Manhattan’s 10th Precinct. This arrest came after the actor filed a cross-complaint against her on June 22, alleging that she attacked him.
TMZ now reports that during the said altracation Jabbari allegedly struck him across the face resulting in a cut on his cheek as well as ear pain and searched his right hand. It is now also being alleged that she also tore buttons off his coat.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s office revealed,
“On September 8, 2023, and September 12, 2023, the prosecution informed the NYPD that the People would decline to prosecute any charges brought by the NYPD against Ms. Jabbari related to the belated allegations made by defendant [Majors] regarding the incident on March 25, 2023,”
While it is clear that the NYPD and the Manhattan District Attorney’s office are not in unanimous agreement on the issue, although arrested she won’t be prosecuted for any of her actions.
What Really Went Down Between the Two?
On the ill-fated night of March 25, 2023, Jabbari allegedly snatched Majors’ phone and started the said fight. According to the report filed by Jabbari shared by Variety,
“He was grabbing the right side of Ms. Jabbari’s body and prying Ms. Jabbari’s right middle finger off the phone, causing bruising, swelling, and substantial pain, He then grabbed Ms. Jabbari’s arm and right hand and proceeded to twist Ms. Jabbari’s forearm, causing substantial pain to her finger and arm. The defendant then struck Ms. Jabbari’s right ear, causing a laceration to the back of her ear and substantial pain.“
However, security footage emerged showing Jabbari partying all night after the altercation. Majors’ attorney further asserted that she appeared to be using her allegedly injured hand without any difficulty throughout the evening. Majors has denied all accusations made against him and was previously charged with misdemeanor assault following Jabbari’s claims. Recently, during a court hearing, the judge scheduled Majors’ trial for November 29th.
