Every season of the Grand Blue Dreaming anime series has seen a change in production so far, and Season 3 will be no different. Studio Zero-G produced Season 1 of the anime, while Season 2’s production was handled by Studio Liber. For Season 3, we see another shift as Studio Saber Works takes over the production, alongside Zero-G.

For Season 3 of the anime, the main cast will be returning to voice the characters in the series:

  • Iori Kitahara: Yuma Uchida
  • Kohei Imamura: Ryohei Kimura

In addition to the returning cast, three new voice actors will also join the franchise for its Season 3. Sayaka Kotegawa will be voiced by Sayaka Ohara (Ezra Scarlet – Fairy Tail, Isuzu – Hell’s Paradise, and Kano – Golden Kamuy), Asami Seto (Saki – Nippon Sangoku and Mina – Kaiju No. 8) will voice the character Chief, and the character Maki is voiced by Aya Suzaki (Tia – Farming Life in Another World and Kaeda Kayano – Assassination Classroom).

What Do We Know and What to Expect From Grand Blue Season 3?

The Grand Blue Dreaming revolves around the main protagonist, Iori Kitahara, and the members of his diving club Peek-a-Boo. Season 1 of the anime was mostly about Iori’s initiation into the club and exploring the narratives to set a tone for the story to continue. This was brilliantly carried to Season 2, a season that focused more on deepening the bond and exploring the relationships among the members of the club.

Grand Blue Dreaming Season 3 of the anime will be completely different, focusing more on the Palau Arc. From the introduction of eccentric new characters overseas to the visual presentation of more beautiful and scenic reefs and diving scenes, Season 3 will likely be one of the best arcs of the anime, especially because of its vividness and funny narrative.
