Welcome back to a new week of 2026! It’s time for us to get back to our workplaces, but if there’s one thing that I’m looking forward to, it’s doing LinkedIn Games during my break. As usual, the week starts of with some pretty easy puzzles, but if you need help, I’ve got you covered with the LinkedIn Games answers.
If you’ve never tried these games before, you’ll find them here. The first time you do these puzzles, you’ll get a tutorial level, and after that, you’ll get the daily puzzle. You won’t be joining us until tomorrow if it’s your first time today. That said, here are all the LinkedIn Games solutions for March 16, 2026.

LinkedIn Mini Sudoku Solution for March 16, 2026 (#217)
The theme for today’s Mini Sudoku is 16=4+4+4+4, and we’re working with sixteen prefilled numbers on the grid. As you’d expect, that makes the rest of the grid pretty easy.
Here’s the solution for today:
- Row 1: 4, 5, 3, 1, 2, 6
- Row 2: 6, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Row 3: 2, 3, 5, 4, 6, 1
- Row 4: 1, 4, 6, 5, 3, 2
- Row 5: 3, 6, 1, 2, 5, 4
- Row 6: 5, 2, 4, 6, 1, 3
LinkedIn Zip Solution for March 16, 2026 (#364)
The Zip is a pretty easy one today and should be a breeze for everyone. First, go left once, up once into point 2, right twice, down once, right to the edge, down to the bottom, left to the edge, up once, and right four times through point 3, into point 4.
From there, go up once, left to the edge through point 5, up to the top, right to the edge, down once and left once into point 6 to finish the puzzle.
LinkedIn Tango Solution for March 16, 2026 (#525)
The Tango is also another easy one today. We have sixteen prefilled squares here as well, and the puzzle is easily one of the easiest we’ve had.
Here’s the solution for today:
- Row 1: Moon, Sun.
- Row 2: Moon, Sun.
- Row 3: Moon, Sun, Sun, Moon, Moon, Sun.
- Row 4: Moon, Sun, Moon, Sun, Sun, Moon.
- Row 5: Sun, Sun.

LinkedIn Queens Solution for March 16, 2026 (#685)
The Queens today starts us off with a 7×7 grid, and the puzzle is pretty easy. The coulours have simple shapes and patterns, and the first answer is already set up.
Here’s the solution for today:
- Queen #1: Row 1, Column 2
- Queen #2: Row 2, Column 4
- Queen #3: Row 3, Column 7
- Queen #4: Row 4, Column 5
- Queen #5: Row 5, Column 3
- Queen #6: Row 6, Column 6

LinkedIn Pinpoint Solution for March 16, 2026 (#685)
The Pinpoint is pretty easy today, with the answer being clear in the first few hints. The first hint is Time, and the answer isn’t really clear here, but it’s a great hint. The second hint is The Economist and the answer becomes pretty clear here, but you’ll still need to guess the right word.
The third hint is Cosmopolitan, and here the answer becomes fully obvious. The fourth hint is National Geographic, and this might confuse you if you haven’t gotten the answer yet. The last hint is Reader’s Digest, and the answer is: Magazines (with global readership/versions)
LinkedIn Crossclimb Solution for March 16, 2026 (#685)
Here’s the solution for today’s LinkedIn Crossclimb:
- Salary (often reported in daily or weekly amounts): WAGE
- Superman has one, Spider-Man doesn’t: CAPE
- Handle distress: COPE
- Protection when diving with sharks: CAGE
- Fan celebration that goes all the way around the stadium (often following “Mexican” as the term originated at the 1986 World Cup in Mexico): WAVE
Before finding the last two words, you’ll need to arrange the first five in this order: WAVE, WAGE, CAGE, CAPE, COPE.
The hint for the last two words is: Two commands for things you might do with a file.
And the last two words are: COPY and SAVE.
