While some of her materials are locked behind new bosses and materials releasing alongside her banner, there’s still a lot you can prepare in advance. In this guide, we’ll take a look at everything you need to know to prefarm Linnea’s materials, from total material requirements to what you can start farming right now.

How to Prefarm Linnea Materials for Genshin Impact 6.5
The good news is that you can already prefarm a decent part of Linnea’s materials. The bad news is that her new local specialty and world boss material a only be found in the new sub-region coming with Version 6.5, so you’ll have to wait for the new update to launch before fully building her.

What you can farm right now
Warrants from Fatui Oprichniki
Linnea uses the full Warrant enemy material line:
- Tattered Warrant
- Immaculate Warrant
- Frost-Etched Warrant
These drop from Fatui Oprichniki found around Nod-Krai. If you’re starting early, this is one of the most efficient things to stockpile because she needs them for both ascension and talents.
If you’re taking Linnea all the way to 90 with 10/10/10 talents, you’ll need:
- Tattered Warrant ×36
- Immaculate Warrant ×96
- Frost-Etched Warrant ×129
That’s a pretty chunky enemy material bill, so don’t leave it for banner day unless you enjoy self-inflicted suffering.
Vagrancy talent books
Linnea’s talent books are currently listed as the Vagrancy series:
- Teachings of Vagrancy
- Guide to Vagrancy
- Philosophies of Vagrancy
These are farmed from the Domain of Mastery in Nod-Krai and are available on:
- Wednesday
- Saturday
- Sunday
For triple-crown players, the total is steep:
- Teachings of Vagrancy ×9

- Philosophies of Vagrancy ×114
This is absolutely one of the best places to spend resin ahead of time.
Prithiva Topaz gems
Since Linnea is a Geo character , she uses Prithiva Topaz for ascension. You can get these from various world, and weekly bosses, or just convert extra gemstones using Dust of Azoth if you’ve got a pile of the wrong element sitting around.
You’ll need:
- Sliver ×1
- Fragment ×9
- Chunk ×9
- Gemstone ×6
This is another easy prefarm target since it isn’t locked behind 6.5.
Elixir of the Heretic
Linnea’s weekly boss material is currently listed as Elixir of the Heretic. This appears to come from The Doctor trounce challenge in Nod-Krai.
You need:
- Elixir of the Heretic ×18
This is your major timegate if you plan to max all her talents. Even with Dream Solvent conversion, weekly boss drops are still the thing that quietly ruins everyone’s plans.
Mora and EXP books
No surprises here. Linnea needs a mountain of basic resources.
Recommended prefarm target:
- At least 7.1 million Mora
- Around 420 Hero’s Wit
If you’re short on time, prioritize Mora first. Genshin characters have a way of draining your wallet like they’re paying Fontaine rent.
What you cannot fully prefarm yet
Etherwing Moth
Linnea’s local specialty is the Etherwing Moth and she will need 168 of it to be ascended to level 90. Since this material is unlocked with the new 6.5 area, you won’t be able to start farming this item until the patch is live.
Plume of the Fallen Watcher
Her world boss drop is Plume of the Fallen Watcher ×46, which will drop from the new boss Watcher: Fallen Vigil in Version 6.5. Of course, this is also locked behind the new region.
That means you can’t fully prefarm Linnea for Level 90 from just prefarming alone before the update. You’ll need to spend resin on the new boss after release.
Best Linnea prefarm priority order
If you want the most efficient route before Version 6.5 launches, focus on this order:
- Warrant enemy drops
- Vagrancy talent books
- Prithiva Topaz gemstones
- Elixir of the Heretic
- Mora
- Hero’s Wit
Once 6.5 goes live, switch immediately to:
- Etherwing Moth
- Plume of the Fallen Watcher
That should let you finish her ascension as fast as possible after pulling her.
While a lot of Linnea’s main ascension materials are locked to the new content in Genshin Impact Version 6.5, her talent materials aren’t. And that’s where the real grind is. So, if you start now, you can save yourself a lot of resin later and have most of her build ready by the time she arrives.
